Immediate opportunity to join our growing Waukesha based firm. We are currently interviewing HVAC Managers, with a minimum of 5-10 years industry related experience. Candidates will be working primarily in commercial buildings performing installations and regular preventative maintenance work. Additional responsibilities will be leading the HVAC division (3-5 other HVAC techs) of Bevara. As Manager it may be your responsibility to supervise workflow; delegate job orders to the technicians; oversee technician paperwork is completed and turned in on time, along with required Purchase Orders. Additionally as manager you are responsible for building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Job Requirements
Graduate of HVAC Certification School
Candidate must have CFC 1, 2, 3
EPA/R410a certification
some training in controls and Liebert preferred
Strong working knowledge of Building Automation Systems
Strong mechanical background
Ability to physically lift and install equipment weighing over 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in confined spaces
Must be capable of working out of doors in variety of weather conditions (all seasons)
Self- motivated; results oriented team player
Strong customer communication/organizational skills
100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
Professional appearance, Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Computer savvy (for work controls and operating company issued Smart-phone device)
Participate in normal rotation of after hours and on call
Comfortable ordering parts, complete company issued paperwork
