Ray & Son Heating and Air Conditioning, located in Nashville, GA., has been providing award winning HVAC service and sales in South Georgia for over 45 years. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and a President’s Award Winner.
We are currently interviewing experienced Residential HVAC Salesperson who will be responsible for providing in-home consultations to potential customers . The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Sales of Residential HVAC changeouts, home performance upgrades, and new construction.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all leads.
• Prepare proposals and present to prospects on site and remotely.
• Proactively identify new customers.
• Maintains target sales volumes and margins.
• Make effective in person sales presentations.
• Accurately and professionally calculate load requirements.
Education/Experience Required:
• High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
• Four years experience in sales. (Preferably in the HVAC industry)
• Proven people skills along with the proven ability to manage own time.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of basic word processing and spreadsheets.
