HELP WANTED: Licensed Heating & Air Technician

We’re Hiring an Experienced Licensed HVAC Technician!

Ferrari Plumbing Inc., a trusted name in residential and light commercial service, is expanding our team! We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Licensed Heating & Air Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC service and repair. Applicants with additional skills in electrical and plumbing are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• – Current HVAC license (Illinois)
• – 5+ years of hands-on service experience
• – Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• – Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• – Ability to work independently and communicate with customers professionally
• – Bonus: Experience with plumbing and/or electrical systems

Responsibilities

• – Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
• – Perform seasonal tune-ups and system installations
• – Troubleshoot issues with HVAC controls and wiring
• – Document jobs, parts, and customer interactions
• – Cross-trade assistance on light plumbing or electrical tasks when needed

Compensation & Benefits

• – Starting hourly wage:
• $32–$40/hr for licensed HVAC Techs
• Up to $45–$50/hr for candidates with multi-trade experience
• – Weekly pay

Schedule

• – Full-time
• – Monday–Friday
• – Occasional emergency/weekend availability with overtime pay
