***This position is located in Bloomington, MN (greater Minneapolis market), relocation assistance may be provided.
We are looking for a skilled Journeymen HVAC Mechanic who has worked in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with knowledge of maintenance procedures, trouble shooting, and rebuilds of medium-large tonnage equipment of all brands.

Responsibilities:
- Services, troubleshoots, and cleans heating and cooling equipment and related products. This includes air-cooled and water-cooled systems from 10 tons to 1,000 tons; various sizes of air conditioners, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, spot coolers, electric and gas heaters.
- Maintain, service and setup service equipment and rigging equipment
- Strong Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of performing preventive maintenance on all types and brands of HVAC Equipment
- Communicate in a professional manner with fellow employees, subcontractors, and customers.
Requirements:
Education / Certifications
- EPA Universal license
Experience/Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial, and/or industrial experience on all types of HVAC Equipment
- Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment and related products
- Ability to obtain EPA Universal license within 60 days of hire
- Possess and maintain a valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
- Must be able to push, pull, lift and manipulate objects of up to 35 pounds often and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to climb up and down ladders from all heights within OSHA regulations
- Work is performed in a variety of environmental conditions with exposure to outdoor temperature variations, noise, vibrations, gas or fumes, grease, cleaning solvents, degreasing agents, machinery and its moving parts, odors, and dust particles.
- Must be able to be on call nights and weekends on a rotating basis
- Good verbal and written communication skills
