Work Location: Holiday Inn Morgantown, PA

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems and components (e.g., cooling towers, compressors, motors, pumps, fans, thermostats, dampers).
• Conduct routine inspections and water treatment for cooling tower systems to prevent scale, corrosion, and bio hazards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and mechanical systems using schematics and digital controls.
• Monitor and adjust system settings to ensure energy efficiency and proper indoor air quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep detailed service records.
• Perform system tests and balance air and water systems.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests related to HVAC systems and resolving issues promptly.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with EPA, OSHA, and local regulations.

Who You Are:

• A dependable, solutions-oriented technician who values teamwork and professionalism.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service, including cooling tower systems.
• EPA 608 Certification required (Type II minimum, Universal preferred).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, with a working knowledge of water treatment and building automation systems.
• Someone who thrives in an environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.

• Experience in hotel, resort, healthcare, or commercial buildings preferred.
• Certification in HVAC-related specialties (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) a plus.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures.
