Job Summary
We are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have minimum 2.5 years experience. This role requires proficiency in working with various HVAC equipment and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. Hiring Service and Install Technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficiency.
• Perform repairs on refrigeration systems, boilers, and other mechanical equipment as needed.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to complete repairs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members on construction projects requiring HVAC design input.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments, including residential properties and commercial buildings.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role, with a focus on air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and appliance repair is a plus.
• Experience in field service operations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in real-time situations.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or construction is preferred.
