Job Overview
Moon Air Incorporated is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our experienced and growing team in Elkton, MD. In this role, you’ll lead installation projects for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes within our local 30-mile service radius. You’ll oversee installation quality, direct your crew, and ensure every customer receives the exceptional workmanship and care Moon Air is known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.
• Supervise and mentor installation crew members to uphold Moon Air standards.
• Install, replace, or upgrade HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components.
• Verify system functionality and ensure proper startup, testing, and documentation.
• Follow installation manuals, blueprints, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding project updates.
• Represent Moon Air professionally in appearance, attitude, and customer service.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
• Ability to pass background check required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical work in varied conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
