COMMERCIAL INSIDE SALES – EDMONTON NORTH BRANCH
Our branch has an opening in Commercial Inside Sales. The successful candidate will support the sale of HVAC resale product lines ECCO™ currently distributes. Working closely with Outside Sales, this position requires a technical understanding of the manufactured equipment and an understanding on how it is applied in overall systems for commercial application.
Your key responsibilities include:
In-house resource person for the resale product lines ECCO™ distributes for both customers and co-workers
Manage calls requiring pricing and technical enquiries for resale products
Act as liaison between equipment manufacturer and ECCO™ branch
Establish strong, productive customer relationships
The successful candidate will preferably have 2 – 5 years in an engineering support role in the HVAC industry or in a related occupation. Post-secondary education and related experience is preferred. Should have a strong understanding and knowledge of HVAC industry products and applications and be computer literate. Excellent communication skills combined with a high energy, enthusiastic personality with proven people skills and ability to work as part of a team rounds out what we’re looking for. A desire to be a long term employee and contribute to the company’s overall success are expected.
