Job Summary
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Mechanical HVAC Designer for immediate employment for the Orange, CA office. The qualified individual will be proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD and all aspects of HVAC design. Major responsibilities shall include all aspects of mechanical and HVAC work, including engineering calculations, design, layout and production of design in REVIT or AutoCAD. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
Minimum Requirements
•Associate’s Degree in related field
•9+ years’ experience in HVAC design and engineering
•Experience leading a project from start to finish
•Able to take concepts and develop HVAC designs based on Engineers lead
•Desire to participate in sustainable cross discipline design
•REVIT/BIM Design experience
•Excellent use of AutoCAD
•Familiarity with Trane Trace and Energy Pro
•Proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations, and spreadsheets
•Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree a plus
