HVAC Service Technician – Junior & Senior

$30–$40 Per Hour (Based on Experience)

Trane & Mitsubishi Dealer – Residential & Light Commercial

Established HVAC company seeking a motivated Junior or Senior Service Technician to join our team.

We are a Trane and Mitsubishi dealer working on:

• Gas furnaces

• Boilers & water heaters

• Ducted and ductless heat pumps

• Mitsubishi mini-splits

• Split AC systems

• Light commercial rooftop units

• Preventative maintenance contracts

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and mechanically strong who wants steady year-round work.

Pay:

$30–$40 per hour depending on experience

Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

• Install and commission equipment per manufacturer specs

• Read wiring diagrams and schematics

• Maintain professional communication with customers

• Complete service documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience (Junior level)

• 5+ years experience (Senior level preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting ability

• Experience with boilers and heat pumps preferred

• Mitsubishi experience a plus

• EPA certification required

• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
