Job Summary We’re seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing residential team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for homes, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues with residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration units.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance on components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, wiring, and refrigerant lines.
• Conduct system installations and upgrades, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Test systems for efficiency, leaks, and proper operation; identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system malfunctions, repair options, and costs, upholding our commitment to transparency and trust.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and tools; adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Occasionally assist with commercial projects, leveraging our extensive background in refrigeration and beverage systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair (commercial or refrigeration experience a plus).
• Valid EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred); NATE certification strongly encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical systems.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle varying weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a focus on honesty and quality workmanship.
