$5,000 for 5 Years Experience!

$10,000 for 10 Years Experience!

Payout is 50% after 3 months and another 50% after 6 months.

No games, get a bonus for having experience. Your time in the field saves us time training the basics!

Tru North Heating and Air, Inc is Downingtown’s “Fix It First” heating and air conditioning contractor, dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC services to our community with a low pressure environment, where techs are encouraged to try and fix systems regardless of their age!

We are a Family Owned, Veteran Owned Company. The team we built is 26 and growing, with 18 trucks in the fleet. We have a mentality that is driven around having freedom from the experiences we faced in the past, where companies we loved were bought out and cultures that we hoped to enjoy for our entire career faded into the wind and replaced with corporate greed. Yes we drive in revenue, and Yes we move a lot of weight for a small company, but there are ways to drive in business without being pushy. Without lying about system conditions, and without leaving a bad taste in the customers mouth. Our word of mouth is tremendous, as we spend less than 2% of our company gross revenue on advertising and yet we are up 1500% in 5 years.

This is a testimony to the truth, and that truth is there IS a way to run a great HVAC company, where the tech makes great money and the customer gets great service and both parties are in full agreement about every part of the process.

You don’t have to be cheap to be ethical, and you DONT have to be pushy to command your worth in the home!

We have a method we built ourselves, and its not any gimmicky high pressure training platforms like “fallen-star” or “selling-champions” (Names changed to keep me from getting a cease and desist letter lol)

What we built is a cumulation of lessons learned, and ideas built on opposites. Our leadership Team spent years and years of time in the field working with massive companies that insist on doing things in ways we all despised, so much to the point we decided to create our own space to work in.

Like the movie Slap Shot, where Michael Ontkean wanted to get back to “Old Time Hockey” vs the brutal blood bath that Paul Newman was capitalizing on- We want HVAC to go back to its hay day! When the best techs got paid the best money because they knew the most S*#%!

Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Downingtown and we need a guy with experience!

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Familiarity with safety standards in HVAC work is preferred.
