Scope of Work:
The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial Facility setting, in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications

Compensation: $45.00 – $57.00 per hour (Based on Experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k

Available Shifts: 2:00pm – 10:00pm, 10:30pm – 6:30am. Days off to be Determined

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Test systems and adjust for proper operation and efficiency
• Respond promptly and professionally to service calls
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials
• Document work performed, including repairs and parts used ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Support and collaborate with other technicians and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial and/or industrial settings
• Valid HVAC certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, principles, and regulations
• Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC systems using diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of refrigerants and environmental regulations
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid US driver’s License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier’s criteria
