Job Description
Use your HVAC expertise to care for the largest privately-owned geothermal heating and cooling system in the nation!
You’ll enjoy guaranteed, full-time hours and great benefits while working on Epic’s 9+ million square foot campus. This includes hot and chilled water plants, large pumping facilities, multiple commercial kitchens, industrial cooling towers and an enhanced geothermal complex. You’ll have a hand in design and maintenance plans, all while working indoors with your Facilities teammates on our high-tech campus!

Requirements
- CFC Universal certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI area
- COVID-19 vaccination
Familiarity with:
- Commercial heat pump systems, air to air, or ground source operation, maintenance, and repair
- Commercial centrifugal and/or screw chillers
- Commercial split systems
- Low pressure steam or hot water heating boilers
- HVAC direct digital controls, building automation systems and variable frequency drives
- Gas fired heating systems and commercial humidification systems
