Outside Sales Representative HVAC/R, Toronto, Ontario

The Outside Sales Representative will promote The Master Group products to dealers, contractors and engineering firms within an assigned territory. He / She will identify new key accounts and will develop and maintain business relations with customers.

PRINCIPAL TASKS:
Understands and helps with our sales and marketing initiatives for GTA market area.
Promotion of Master products to clients (contractors, engineering firms, dealers and owners).
Identify new sales prospects.
Maintains both new and existing business with the intent of growing both sales and gross margins.
Ability to influence sales and ensure ongoing account development.
Sales plan development including prospecting, estimating and quotation, presentation, closing the sale and follow up.
Team player and work well with others in our organization to achieve our sales goals.
Communicate market pricing, customer needs, and competitor information and service.
Ability to identify and resolve after sales customers concerns.
Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 – 5 years HVAC Industry experience in sales.
Strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
Refrigeration market knowledge will be an asset.
Self-motivated and have the ability to find work and pursue opportunities on your own.
Experience with Trend an advantage.
Strong computer skills, (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to detail and organization.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong Time management skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Team oriented and comfortable selling in a team environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
