Job Description

Position Overview

ChuteMaster Environmental is seeking its next Division Leader to oversee and expand our footprint as an industry leader in the Washington, D.C. metro.

This position is a unique opportunity for a sales leader with vision who has aspirations to drive growth, build a high-performing team, set the tone as an outstanding sales contributor, and play a pivotal role in the next generation of ChuteMaster’s growth!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence & Business Development

  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the DC metro area.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize opportunities with high potential prospects.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate underserved markets to expand ChuteMaster’s footprint in the region.​

Team Development & Leadership

  • Recruitment: Interview, hire, and onboard hungry, talented sales professionals to build a cohesive and effective sales team.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Take a lead role in training and elevating team members’ sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide consistent feedback to ensure team success.
  • Culture Building: Develop a high-performance environment with a team that is hungry for continuous improvement, exudes accountability, and that aligns with ChuteMaster’s standard of character.

Operational Excellence

  • Strategic Collaboration: Play a key role in planning with senior leadership to develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, local observations, and operational challenges to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Results: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Skills

  • Outstanding leadership, demonstrating accountability over self and team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling
  • Top-flight interpersonal skills, showing ability to quickly build rapport in person
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Effective time management
  • Strategic priority management – identifying & advancing key priorities as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Notes

  • B2B experience required (as opposed to B2C)
  • Experience in facility services, HVAC, property management, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working with subcontractors and demonstrating a customer-service mindset will be essential to build relationships in this role.

Compensation Range

Salary + Commission + Bonus
Year One Range Estimate: $100,000 – 125,000
