Job Description

CMS Nextech’s Apprenticeship Program is a great way to prepare yourself for the future with on-the-job training in a highly skilled career. Our apprentices are trained by experienced technicians who share their skills and knowledge in helping apprentices learn all the aspects of HVAC/R while on the job.

Our goal for the program is to develop quality technicians who see HVAC/R as a long-term career choice.

After successfully completing the Apprenticeship Program technicians earn a higher wage, receive their own service truck, and will transition into a full-time position with CMS Nextech.

6-Month Program:

Ride along with an experienced trainer
Hands-on training
Strong HVAC/R curriculum
Earn $12 per hour
No student debt
To be successful in the program you will need to have:

Punctuality
Studious routine
Time management
Ability to receive directions
Prior experience using tools
Basic computer skills
Professional appearance and presentation
High energy and integrity

Starting Base Pay:

$12 per hour
