The Requirements

3. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
4. Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
5. Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
6. EPA Certification
7. Valid Drivers License with at least 3 years of experience (not including Learner’s Permit)
8. 5+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the HVAC Field Supervisor to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
