Commercial HVAC/R Technician – $5,000 Signing/Retention Bonus

$5,000 SIGNING/RETENTION BONUS – PAID IN INSTALLMENTS STARTING AFTER 90 DAYS

We’re looking for a top-tier Commercial HVAC/R Technician with at least 5 years of real-world diagnostic experience in both refrigeration and HVAC. If you’re the kind of technician who gets called when others are stumped—and you’re ready to join a tight-knit team that values your experience—you may be exactly who we need.

We aren’t hiring for a seat-filler. We want a detective, not a part-swapper. Someone who puts customers first, supports their team, and takes ownership of their work.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems

• EPA certification (required)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Clear communication and professionalism with customers

• Team-focused mindset—willing to support fellow techs

• Hot-side equipment experience is a plus, but not required

• Clean driving record

• A desire to grow professionally and not blend into the background
