Job Description

We are seeking a skilled plumbing & HVAC Installer/service technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics and blueprints, ensuring that installations meet industry standards and client specifications.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Work with various tools and equipment to build and plumb HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

• Experience
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment repair, refrigerate systems, and appliance repair is advantageous.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
  • Experience in property maintenance or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
