HVAC Service Technician – Junior OR Senior

$30–$45 Per Hour (Based on Experience)

Trane & Mitsubishi Dealer – Residential & Light Commercial

Established (family owned) HVAC company seeking a motivated responsible experienced Junior or Senior Service Technician to join our team for a FULL TIME POSITION. The technician must be able to deal with customers, use our software and order parts and materials on their own. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and mechanically strong who wants steady year-round work.

 We are a Trane and Mitsubishi dealer working on: 

• Gas furnaces
• Boilers & water heaters
• Ducted and ductless heat pumps
• Mitsubishi mini-splits
• Split AC systems
• Light commercial rooftop units
• Preventative maintenance contracts

 Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Install and commission equipment per manufacturer specs
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Complete service documentation

 Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience (Junior level)
• 5+ years experience (Senior level)
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Experience with boilers and heat pumps preferred
• Mitsubishi experience a plus
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
