Groner Service is a local, residential HVAC company hiring an experienced Senior Service Technician. No on-call, no mandatory weekend rotations — your time off is actually yours. You’ll get a fully equipped take-home truck and tablet dispatch through Housecall Pro, so paperwork stays out of your way.

We run honest, no-pressure service calls — diagnose it right, explain the options, do the repair properly the first time. You’ll be working with a crew that knows the trade and backs each other up.

What we’re looking for: 5+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC diagnostics, strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills, EPA Universal Certification, and a clean driving record.
