Job Description

Under general supervision performs complex corrective maintenance, installation and/or modifications of scheduled preventive maintenance on the Medical Center heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems.

Job Qualifications
High School, Trade or Vocational School graduate with five years of maintenance related experience. Must possess a valid North Carolina drivers license. Minimum of five years related experience in an institutional environment.
