MUST have 5 years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
On boarding and training begins Monday 10/23/19. Come be a part of our team and receive a company truck, 13 sets of uniforms, company issued iPad and phone, full medical, dental & vision benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Annual Tool Allowance, training, training and more training. After 1 year you will receive a weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, sick leave and matching retirement contributions.

You must live in Mohave County. Our Mohave County office is located in Kingman, and you will need to come into the office twice a week for training, turning in paperwork and restocking your inventory. Most days you will be dispatched straight from home.
Onboarding and initial training is expected to last approximately 2 weeks.

$3,000 Relocation Assistance is paid $1,500 at start, and $1,500 at 1 week. 1 year of employment is expected in return.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus is paid $500 at one month, $500 at 3 months and $1,000 at 6 months. 1 year of employment is expected in return.
