A Day in the Life of an HVAC Installer

The HVAC Installer position will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with their team, they will compete jobs efficiently and accurately and make the customer happy. Our HVAC Installer will use their ability to know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. They will show themselves as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. In addition, our HVAC Installer will adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. They will maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. In addition, our HVAC Installers will participate in all training and ongoing education to keep up on industry technology.

What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Installer Position

In order to be qualified for the HVAC Installer position, a proven track record in heating and cooling systems is required including the ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams. A clean, safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License is required for our HVAC Installers. Our Installers need to be highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Their passion about the HVAC industry and high integrity with advanced social skills will help in their ability to make solid connections and repeat business. A strong desire to be a better Installer tomorrow than you are today with an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is imperative.
