Provides professional preventative maintenance and repair of the HVAC equipment in County facilities.

Duties include performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, diagnosing non-working equipment, repairing as needed or obtaining prices from mechanical contractors for repair, supervising mechanical contractors and approving work performed, and other related duties as assigned.  Person works under the general direction of the Buildings Maintenance Supervisor but operates independently in routine matters.
