JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to commercial service calls, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and or propose repairs on units up to 200 tons. Provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Commercial experience is essential.
• Well-groomed appearance is important to a high quality, professional image.
• Valid driver’s license acceptable for our vehicle insurer.
• Drug-free
• Basic service tools for maintenance and repair.
• Troubleshooting skills, control wiring experience, and install experience are an advantage.
• Regular training opportunities will require your investment in time. You will be expected to stay abreast of the changes in your profession.
• Reasonable equipment and materials handling will be required with assistance from others.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Ability to stay organized.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to interact directly with customers, identify needs, create and present proposals.
• Ability to positively represent BAS and communicate with others at varying technical levels.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to read wiring schematics.
• Intermediate computer skills are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of basic email, Excel, Word, and internet use an advantage.
• Mathematical and analytical skills.
