Job Description

Troubleshooting, service and repair of commercial and residential HVAC units.

Recommends, develops and performs routine and general preventative maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power washing and vacuuming equipment, changing filters

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Submit documentation of work performed in a timely manner

Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

Follow safety guidelines at all times.

Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism

EPA certification, fire, torch license.

Required: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields.

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Flexible/ Positive Attitude

Independent worker

High energy, reliable, strong desire to serve customers and assist co-workers

Organized and efficient, loyal, honest, trustworthy

Must have valid driver’s license and clean record

Good communication and written skills
