SUMMARY

Relentless HVAC, LLC is seeking its next Tier III HVAC Technician to perform advanced-level work in the installation, maintenance, repair, and integration of our client’s complex systems. In addition to the former, we’re seeking a candidate with both the desire and experience in mentoring assistant and junior technicians, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure compliance with energy management and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Install, operate, and maintain systems, including, but not limited to, central air units, chillers, condensers, exhaust fans, and refrigeration equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
3. Design and modify control systems (digital and pneumatic) for efficient building automation
4. Create and analyze energy usage trends to optimize system performance
5. Provide technical guidance and training to lower-tier technicians

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or GED; technical cert. in HVAC preferred; EPA Universal Cert. required
2. 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and energy systems
3. Advanced knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and building automation systems
4. Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
5. Ability to read blueprints, control diagrams, and technical manuals
6. Excellent customer service and communication abilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Both independent and team environments, depending on project
• Requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Involves on-call responsibilities, over-time, and occasional travel from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs

COMPENSATION

• $40/hr REG; $60/hr OT
