Job Description

We are a fast growing family team looking to expand.  We will provide you with your own company vehicle and a company credit card for work related purchases. We are looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will travel to job sites to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform routine maintenance, execute emergency repairs, and ensure all systems run safely and efficiently.

    • Installation & Setup: Install new heating, cooling, heat pumps, furnaces, and ventilation equipment in accordance with manufacturer specs and local building codes.
    • Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, test system performance, and perform prompt emergency repairs.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine tune-ups, clean coils and ducts, change filters, and check refrigerant levels.
    • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to OSHA guidelines, EPA regulations for refrigerant handling, and local municipal codes.
    • Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients about system health, explain repair options, and provide accurate cost estimates.
    • Record Keeping: Log all completed work, parts used, and time logs accurately through company mobile or field service apps.
