Job Title: Maintenance/HVAC Technician
Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Department: Support Services
Reports To: Director of Support Services
Location: Wabash, IN

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, repair of HVAC systems, refrigeration, commercial cooking equipment, and other facility systems. Some involvement with water systems may be required.

Qualifications:

• 21+ years old with high school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience
• Class 3 or Universal EPA refrigeration license required
• Must be proficient in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks
• Willing to obtain WT2 and DSS certifications from IDEM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
• Track refrigerant use per EPA guidelines
• Assist with general mechanical, plumbing, and facility repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Support team tasks as assigned

• Strong tool and equipment knowledge

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $19.50 – $23.00/hour
