Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time HVAC technician to support our commercial dehumidifier product line. This role involves diagnosing and servicing mechanical, electrical, and firmware-related issues across facilities such as vertical farms, horticulture operations, and industrial buildings. Travel is required for on-site service, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in dehumidifier systems
-Perform root cause analysis and replace components like fans, compressors, and control boards
-Support installations, warranty evaluations, and scheduled service visits
-Communicate clearly with customers about identified issues and resolution timelines
-Maintain detailed service records and report recurring issues to engineering
-Provide remote technical support via phone and email
-Complete factory training on system architecture and service protocols

Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC or industrial equipment service
-Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
-Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic electronics
-Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
-Ability to follow technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers
