We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure that all HVAC systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on property maintenance projects to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions regarding their HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.
• Proficiency in air conditioning installation and repair techniques.
• Experience in field service, demonstrating the ability to work in various environments.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices, ensuring holistic care of facilities.
• Ability to utilize an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical components of HVAC units.
• Knowledge of equipment repair processes and design principles relevant to HVAC systems.
• Basic plumbing skills related to the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
