We are a well-established commercial property management and services company” in the Bay Area and are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. We manage and maintain multiple commercial buildings and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our tenants and clients.

Position Overview:
The Commercial HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems from 2 ton to 60-ton units.
Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend solutions.
Install new equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate service records, reports and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Collaborate with building management and tenants to address HVAC-related concerns and status of job.
Service, repair and replace, motors, belts, filers, and compressors.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as an HVAC technician on commercial equipment.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, components, and VAV systems.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
