We are seeking a skilled, experienced and motivated HVAC Service technician who is able to work independently to diagnose and repair service calls provided by our dispatch. Minimum five years experience. Must have Gas Tech 2, 313d and a clean drivers abstract. Must be bondable.

Your job duties may include but are not limited to:
-Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
-Measure and lay out reference points for installation
-Interpret gas codes
-Handle, recover and store refrigerants
-Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
-Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems
-Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices
-Check and test regulators
-Calibrate system and perform routine maintenance or servicing
-Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heat pump systems
-Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
-Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
-Prepare cost estimates

Hourly rate of $25-35 to be determined based on individual experience. Must be able to work some on call weekends, on call rate will be determined with applicant. Medical group benefits provided. Vehicle Provided. Please send resumes to marketing@ashtonheatingcooling.ca
