We are looking for experienced, motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our amazing company!

Pay Range: $20.00- $35.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be prepared and ready for dispatch by 7:00am for 8:00am worksite arrival; alerting Install Coordinators of “Ready Status”
• Communicate with Install Coordinators & Install Manager regarding job status throughout the day.
• Follow Nexstar Service System on each install; walking through complete installation prior to beginning including where everything is going, reviewing timeline for installation with customer and setting 5-star service expectation.
• Ensure pathway to worksite is clear; advise customer to move any valuables that may potentially be in the way before beginning.
• Take pictures before and after you begin any work.
• Complete all work to technical code or better; ensuring work has been double and triple checked to avoid any callbacks.
• Complete mid-day check in with HVAC Install Coordinator and/or HVAC Manager regarding status of completion (on-time, trending for early completion, trending for late completion)
• For multi-day jobs: At the end of day, review what was done with homeowner, what is left to be completed, and what the remaining timeline of the installation is BEFORE LEAVING JOBSITE.
• Test & review all work with homeowner. Including walking through use of any new thermostats.
• Upon completion of work: gather signatures from homeowners authorizing work has been completed to customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure all units are properly tagged & stickered.
• Take after pictures of complete installation, including showcasing tags & stickers.
• Collect payment in full before departing property.
• Complete Quality Audit Form post-install.
• Present customer with Install Folder, including: all product manuals & TCC information.
• Install yard signs wherever possible.
• Solicit reviews on all calls.
• Follow all material ordering guidelines for truck replenishment and special orders for return trips.
• If returning to the shop at the end of the day, drop off all necessary paperwork and payment, restocking & cleaning vehicle.
• Always work to ensure you are cultivating your craft; participate in both company trainings and seeking out training opportunities on your own time.

Requirements:

• Driver’s License, HVAC Apprentice License, WSSC Gas Fitter Apprentice License, EPA608 License
• Minimum of 6-8 months of experience
• Navigation of Service Titan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
