Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Salary Range: Starting at $20/hr and up depending on verifiable experience

Job Duties

The Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician performs skilled preventative maintenance to the HVAC units, which may include installation, replacement, maintenance and repairs on all types of heating, ventilation and air conditioning throughout the campus. Performs preventative maintenance repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls such as control valves, deck control thermostats, and pressure differential switches and sensors. Uses basic level schematics and vendor manuals to asset in troubleshooting instrument and control problems. Troubleshoots and makes modifications to all types of HVAC

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, HVAC Certified, and 4 years of HVAC experience preferred

Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for extended amount of time, lift more than 50lbs utilizing proper body mechanics, frequent bending and stooping,  and work in both inside and outside environments.
