Job Description

• Oversee daily installation schedules
• Review of all start up sheets, quality control forms and installation documents
• Handle customer concerns and complaints Provide technical support for Installers in the field Installation development and training.
• Implement weekly, monthly and annual safety and technical training plans
• Audits and review completed installations
• Manage compliance with industry standards Review service tickets and invoices
• Provide technical support for Service Technicians in the field Manage Service Technician performance numbers and metrics
• Oversee inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment Monitor staff’s hours for accuracy
• Assures the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image.
