Job Description

Large, well established, national Mechanical Contractor is looking for a HVAC Operations Manager to oversee large multifamily and commercial construction. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Individual must be able to oversee and manage multiple jobs in several states. Will need the experience and skill to keep jobs running smoothly and on budget. Individual will also be responsible for managing and maintaining material on job sites and formulating installation plans. Must have proven abilities estimating and managing projects, and be able to manage time effectively and prioritize accordingly, along with having very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills. This position is fast paced and requires someone who is able to handle pressure and resolve situations while maintaining a professional attitude with clients as well as field superintendents and subcontractors.
State contractor license(s) not required but candidate must be willing to take exams if needed for procurement of future projects or certifications. Experience needed in multifamily and/or commercial new construction. Good computers skills and knowledge of Blue Beam or CAD software is a plus.
