Air of America is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians in the Virginia Beach area. We specialize in HVAC cleaning and maintenance for homeowners across the region, and we are growing fast. We need techs who already know the work and can walk into a home, service the system right, and earn the customer’s trust.

This is a high-earning role for the right person. Our top techs clear $6,000 to $10,000 per month after a short probation period, plus monthly sales bonuses of $1,000 to $3,000.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
– HVAC system cleaning and preventative maintenance
– Inspect, diagnose, and tune up residential heating and cooling systems
– Recommend and sell maintenance services and add-ons in the home

SCHEDULE
– Sunday through Friday

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
– Experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. You must already have hands-on field experience in HVAC cleaning, maintenance, or service.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
– A personal work vehicle. If you do not have one, the company can help you get into a vehicle (employee covers the cost).
– A valid driver’s license.
– A clean, professional appearance and strong customer communication.
– The drive to sell and earn. Our pay rewards techs who close work in the home.
