Job Description
Our lead installer position applicant should have the following:
- Min 5 years exsperiance. Duct work fabrication exsperiance.
- Valid drivers license with clean record.
- Able to read plans and blue prints.
- Able to manage a crew or more of installers.
- Orginized.
- Exsperiance with layout, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems including radiant heating, Chillers and Geothermal as well as basic forced air systems.
Pay will be based on exsperiance and responsibilitys. Spiffs and bonus options available based on Job profitability.
