Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Lewisville, TX. This is a high-earning opportunity for experienced installers who are ready to hit the ground running and take pride in quality workmanship.

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, ductwork, heat pumps, etc.)

• Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations

• Work closely with team members and communicate with clients when needed

• Ensure systems meet all safety and efficiency standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
