Compensation:

• $60,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and growth

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of residential HVAC systems

• Transport tools and materials to job sites

• Follow safety protocols and keep job sites clean

• Learn from experienced technicians and grow into a lead role

Requirements:

• Some experience with HVAC, construction, or mechanical work preferred

• Willingness to learn and work in all weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license

• Good attitude and team spirit
